Si se desean un poco más blandas, meterlas al microondas a máxima potencia durante 5 minutos, sino también se pueden usar crudas. Cortar una porción a cada rodaja de zanahoria e introducirlo en la mitad de las aceitunas a modo de pico. Hacer una incisión a lo largo en el resto de aceitunas y rellenarlas con el queso crema. Montar los pingüinos poniendo las rodajas de zanahoria a modo de patas, la aceituna rellena encima, a modo de cuerpo, y la aceituna con el troco de zanahoria encima, a modo de cabeza. Pinchar con un palillo para que se sontenga y servir.
